蒙脱石散联合吹氧治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察蒙脱石散联合吹氧治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的疗效，为临床治疗提供依据。方法选取本院儿科2014年1月～2017年1月收治的新生儿尿布皮炎患儿100例，将其按入院就诊先后顺序分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。清洗患处后，观察组给予蒙脱石散联合吹氧治疗，对照组仅给予吹氧治疗，比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后，观察组治疗总有效率为100%，对照组治疗总有效率为80%，2组临床治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的治愈时间为（116.20±25.79）h，对照组的治愈时间为（145.72±24.88）h，2组患儿的治愈时间比较差异比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗3d后42例患儿红斑变淡，糜烂面积较治疗前明显缩小，皮损处表面处于干燥状态；用药5d后36例轻中度尿布皮炎患儿均痊愈；用药7d后该组患儿均痊愈。对照组治疗3d后19例轻度尿布皮炎患儿红斑变淡；治疗5d后22例患儿臀部潮红面积较治疗前缩小，皮损处处于干燥状态；治疗7d后仍有9例患儿皮损处糜烂和（或）渗出无明显改善。结论蒙脱石散联合吹氧治疗新生儿尿布皮炎疗效显著，是治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的理想方案。Objective To observe the efficacy of montmorillonite combined with oxygen in the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis,and toprovide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods Collected100cases of neonatal diaper dermatitis from January2014to January2017in our hospital.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission.After treatment,the observation group wasgiven montmorillonite combined with oxygen therapy,the control group was given only oxygen treatment,compared the treatment effect of the twogroups of patients.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was100%,the total effective rate of control group was80%,there wassignificant difference between the two groups in the total efective rate of clinical treatment(P<0.05).The cure time was(116.20±25.79)h in the observation groupand(145.72±24.88)h in the control group.The difference of the cure time between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observationgroup,the erythema was found in42children after treatment,and the area of erosion was obviously reduced before treatment,and the surface of thelesion was dry.After treatment for5days,36cases of mild to moderate diaper dermatitis were cured.After7days of treatment,children are cured.In the control group,19cases of mild diaper dermatitis were treated with erythema dermatitis.After treatment for5days,the area of hips in the22cases was smaller than that before treatment,and the lesion was dry.After7days,There was no significant improvement in erosion and or exudation.Conclusion Montmorillonite powder combined with oxygen treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis is a significant effect,is the ideal treatment forneonatal diaper dermatitis.
