心理干预欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究分析心理干预欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇的临床疗效及其对生活质量的影响。方法选取杭州市红十字会医院2015年3月～2016年9月收治的100例宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组50例。对照组患者给予缩宫素治疗，实验组患者进行欣母沛治疗联合心理干预。比较2组治疗效果及生活质量总评分。结果经过对应的治疗后，实验组治疗有效率为92.0%，显著高于对照组的72.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组患者生活质量总评分为（75.2±11.2）分，显著高于对照组评分（64.2±9.3）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理干预欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇的临床效果较好，能够在很大程度上提高治疗效果，改善患者的生活质量，具有临床进一步推广和应用的意义。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of psychological intervention in the treatment of uterine atonypostpartum hemorrhage and its influence on the quality of life.Methods100cases of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage were selected in ourhospital from March2015to September2016.The subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,50cases ineach group.The patients in the control group were treated with oxytocin,and the experimental group was treated with Xinmu Pei combined withpsychological intervention.The treatment effect and quality of life total score were compared between two groups.Results After the correspondingtreatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was92.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.0%),the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of quality of life in the experimental group was(75.2±11.2)points,significantly higher than thatof the control group(64.2±9.3),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of psychological intervention ofhemabate in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage maternal,can improve the therapeutic effect to a great extent,improve the quality of life of patients,with further clinical promotion and application significance.
