甲硝唑栓、结合型雌激素雌激素软膏、心理干预治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析甲硝唑栓、结合型雌激素雌激素软膏、心理干预治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法选取本院2015年2月～2016年8月收治的100例老年性阴道炎患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组50例。对照组患者进行甲硝唑栓治疗，实验组患者进行甲硝唑栓、结合型雌激素雌激素软膏治疗，进行心理干预，关注患者的心理状态，加强与患者的沟通和交流，增加患者的治疗信心和治疗依从性。比较分析实验组与对照组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后，实验组患者中，3例患者无效。对照组患者中，10例患者无效，实验组治疗有效率为96.0%显著高于对照组治疗有效率（80.0％），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组与对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为2%和4％，差异无统计学意义。结论甲硝唑栓、结合型雌激素雌激素软膏、心理干预治疗老年性阴道炎临床效果较好，治疗有效率较高，不良反应发生率较低，具有临床推广的意义。Objective To study and analyze the efficacy of Metronidazole Suppositories,conjugated estrogen,estrogen ointment andpsychological intervention in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods100cases of senile vaginitis patients in our hospital from February2015to August2016were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each grouphad50cases.The control group was treated with the treatment of patients in the experimental group of Metronidazole Suppositories,MetronidazoleSuppositories,conjugated estrogen ointment in the treatment of psychological intervention on the mental status of patients and patients,strengthencommunication and exchanges,increase confidence in the treatment and the treatment compliance of patients.The therapeutic effects of theexperimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed.Result After the corresponding treatment,3patients in the experimentalgroup were invalid.In the control group,10patients were ineffective.The effective rate of the experimental group was96.0%,which was significantlyhigher than that of the control group(80.0%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group andthe control group was2%and4%respectively,and there was no significant difference.Conclusion Metronidazole Suppositories,combined estrogenointment and psychological intervention in the treatment of senile vaginitis clinical effect is good,high treatment efficiency,low incidence rate ofadverse reaction,has clinical significance.
