摘　　要：目的探讨药物加强超声显像诊断非梗阻型输尿管下段结石的临床效果。方法选取本院2015年1月～2017年1月诊治的非梗阻型输尿管下段结石患者60例，依不同诊断方式分为2组。对照组用X线数字断层融合技术诊断，观察组用药物加强超声显像诊断；对2组患者临床诊断情况做详细记录，并将所获数据做对比分析。结果观察组诊断效果优于对照组，患侧肾盂分离与输尿管内径情况诊断准确性高于对照组、结石诊断符合率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论药物加强超声显像对非梗阻型输尿管下段结石患者诊断价值高，可准确诊断患者的患侧肾盂分离、输尿管内径情况，诊断符合率高，值得临床上广泛应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of drug enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of non obstructive lower ureteralsegments.Methods60cases of non obstructive lower ureteral calculi were treated in our hospital from January2015to January2017.They weredivided into2groups according to different diagnostic methods.The patients in the control group were diagnosed by X ray digital tomography,andthe observation group were treated with drugs to enhance the diagnostic value of ultrasonography.The clinical diagnosis of two groups of patientswere recorded in detail,and the data obtained were compared and analyzed.Results The diagnostic effect of the observation group was better thanthat of the control group,the diagnostic accuracy of the separation of the ipsilateral pelvis and ureter diameter was higher than that of the controlgroup,and the diagnostic accuracy rate of the stones was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The drug enhanced ultrasound imaging in diagnosis of patients with non obstructive ureteral stones of high value,the accurate diagnosisof patients with renal pelvis and ureter diameter light separation,the diagnostic rate,it is widely used in clinical.
