摘　　要：从形成过程、反映内容、贮存方式、信息特点、法律认可、国内外实践及本质属性等方面,论证口述材料作为档案的合理性,并从国家档案资源建设和口述历史档案资源功能维度,阐述口述历史档案资源建设的必要性。在此基础上,从实践现状、标准规范、建设路径、队伍建设等方面,提出口述历史档案资源建设的策略。This article tries to reveal the rationality of oral materials as archives in terms of theirforming process,embodied content,ways to store,features of information,legal recognition,practice at home and abroad and essential attributes and to expound the necessity of constructionof oral history archive resource from the construction of our nation’s archive resourceconstruction and its function.Based on the above,this article puts forward strategies for oralhistory archive resource construction from some aspects like practical state,standard norms,construction ways and team construction.
