摘　　要：高等教育是我国教育兴国的根本,提高高等教育中的创新能力的培养和建立创新人才培养机制应该是研究生教育的根本所在。"创新"是"研究的生命线","实验"是"创新成功之母","创新探索"是"放大技术之桥"。本文通过对研究生培养现状的分析,提出了健全研究生创新激励机制、培养创新意识、加强导师队伍建设等举措,来提高研究生教育的质量,让研究生在学习的过程中提高素质,培养一定的创新能力和学习能力,成为新时代的优秀人才。Higher education is the foundation of rejuvenating China through education.It is the root of postgraduate education to improve innovative ability cultivation and establish a mechanism for innovative talent cultivation in higher education."Innovation"is the"lifeline of research";"experiment"is the"mother of innovation success";"innovation exploration"is the"bridge to amplify technology".Through the analysis of the current situation of postgraduate cultivation,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the incentive mechanism of postgraduate students,cultivate the consciousness of innovation and strengthen the construction of mentor team,so as to improve the quality of postgraduate education.In the process,postgraduate students can improve their quality and cultivate certain innovation ability and learning ability,so as to become excellent talents for the new era.
