摘　　要："思想道德修养与法律基础"课是高等院校思政课程体系的重要组成,是高等院校对学生进行德育教育和法制教育的重要凭借,成功开展思想道德修养与法律基础教育工作,对于提升学生的道德修养水平,提升学生的法制意识具有积极的作用。本文研究了思想道德修养与法律基础课教育教学中存在的一些问题,探究了改革创新思想道德修养与法律基础课程教育模式的策略,对于高素养人才的有效培养具有积极的促进作用。"Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis"is an important component of ideological and political curriculum system of colleges and universities,as well as an important way of colleges and universities to carry out moral education and legal education,so the successful implementation of ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis education has a positive effect on improving students'moral cultivation level and enhance their legal consciousness.This paper studies some problems in the teaching of ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis,and explores the strategies of reforming the teaching mode of the course.It has a positive effect on the cultivation of high-quality talents.
