摘 要:通过对土壤细菌、放线菌、真菌的平板培养法计数以及土壤因子的常规方法测定,研究水稻—油菜免耕复种(NT)、传统翻耕(CT)稻田土壤可培养的微生物数量和菌相。结果表明,免耕土壤微生物总数比翻耕土壤增加7%,其中免耕土壤放线菌及真菌数量多于翻耕土壤,但对土壤微生物菌相没有明显改变,2种耕作方式3大类群微生物数量均为细菌>放线菌>真菌;随着土层加深,微生物数量逐渐减少;免耕土壤有机质、全氮含量均高于翻耕土壤,分别增加31.62%和13.5%。水稻—油菜免耕复种耕作方式有利于土壤微生物生长繁殖和提高土壤肥力。The total colony count of bacteria,actinomycetes and fungi was determined by plate counting method and soil factors was determined by conventionalmethods for researching the soil microbial quantity and composition in no-tillage and conventional-tillage.The results showed thatthe total number of soil microorganisms in no tillage was7%higher than that in plowed soil,among them,the number of actinomycetes and fungi in no tillage soil was more than that in plowed soil,but there were no obvious changes in soil microflora,the number of microorganisms in3groups of2tillage methods was bacteria>Actinomyces>fungi;With the deepening of soil layer,the number of microorganisms decreased gradually;the soil organic matter and total nitrogen content of the no tillage soil were higher than those in the tillage soil,with an increase of31.62%and13.5%respectively.No tillage and multiple cropping method between rice and rape is beneficial to the growth and reproduction of soil microorganisms and the improvement of soil fertility.
