摘　　要：为探讨打叶框栏尺寸对加工片烟叶片结构及出片率的影响,开展了一定范围内(7.0~8.9 cm)不同一打框栏尺寸的对比试验。结果表明:在一定范围内,当一打框栏尺寸缩减时,加工后片烟烤前与烤后烟叶的大片率均有所降低,但整体降低幅度不大;烤前与烤后片烟中大片烟叶在大中片烟叶中的比例亦有小幅度降低,但降低幅度有限;缩减打叶复烤环节一打的框栏尺寸,烟叶的造碎有所增加,出片率小幅降低,但均在可控的范围内。In order to test the influence of the threshing frame size on tobacco leaf strip structure and strips output in the threshing and re-drying,a comparative experiment was conducted on different frame sizes at7.0-8.9cm in this study.The results showed that when the frame size was reduced in certain range,the large tobacco leaf strip rate decreased before and after baking,but the overall decrease was slight;before and after baking the proportion of the large tobacco leaf strips in the medium and large tobacco leaf strips had decreased,but the decrease was limited;and reducing the first frame size in the threshing and re-baking increased broken tobacco leaves and decreased the strips yield slightly in the controlled range.
