摘　　要：730E卡车转向臂一端与横拉杆连接,另一端与转向助力缸连接,随着设备使用年限的增加,转向臂两端的枢轴孔发生磨损,孔径变大,导致配合销子位置整体向下移动,因此决定对销子大径端上部添加一块定位板,同时对转向臂进行镗孔处理,并且添加衬套。经过改造,横拉杆、转向助力缸与转向臂连接的销子很好的实现了定位效果,设备运行也更加安全、可靠,在消除安全隐患的同时也提高了设备的出动率。730E truck steering arm and tie rod end and the other end connected to the steering cylinder,increases the life of equipment,the pivot holes at both ends of the steering arm are worn,pore size,leading to the overall downward movement with the pin positions,then decided to add a positioning plate to the upper portion of the large diameter end of the pin while boring the steering arm and add the bushing.After transformation,tie rods,steering cylinder and steering arm pin connected to achieve a good positioning effect,equipment operation more safe and reliable,while eliminating the security risks also increased turnout equipment.
