摘 要:本文评选了3种破乳剂,采用优选出的化学破乳剂与电化学脱水相结合的方法,对煤焦油脱水进行了初步的实验研究。研究结果表明,破乳剂可明显提高油水分离的速度。电脱温度、电场强度、电场时间是影响电化学脱水的3个主要因子。电脱温度在50℃~100℃和电场时间为10~60min内时,电脱温度越高、电场时间越长,煤焦油的脱水效果越好。而电场强度在1000~6000v内,电场强度要适中,约4000v时脱水效果最好,过大或过小均会影响或破坏脱水效果。This paper compares three demulsifiers and preferably selects one.Conducting preliminary experimental studies on mid-low temperature coal tar dewatering combining chemical demulsifier with electrochemical dewatering method.The results show that demulsifier can greatly enhance the separation speed of oil and water.And the major influencing factors are electric temperature,electric field intensity and time on the electric field.The electric temperature is higher in50~100℃and the time are longer in10~60min,the dewatering performance is better.And electricity field intensity is in1000~6000v,with moderate intensity.When the electric intensity is4000v,the dewatering performance is the best,and when it too high or too low,the dewatering performance can be affected or destroyed.
