人工膝关节置换术后留置引流与否的对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨人工膝关节置换术后留置引流与否的疗效。方法:收治人工膝关节置换术患者40例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组不留置引流管,观察组留置引流管,比较两组治疗效果。结果:随访12个月,观察组术后血红蛋白下降值明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术中出血量、住院时间和膝关节活动度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用人工膝关节置换术后,引流管放置与否对术中出血量、住院时间及膝关节活动度恢复情况不会产生较大影响。Objective:To explore the curative effect of with or without indwelling drainage after total knee arthroplasty.Methods:40patients with total knee arthroplasty were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was without indwelling drainage tube,and the observation group had indwelling drainage tube.We compared thetreatment effect of two groups.Results:After a follow-up of12months,the hemoglobin lowering rate in the observation group wassignificantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between groups in the amount ofbleeding,the time of hospitalization and the mobility of knee joint(P>0.05).Conclusion:After total knee arthroplasty,with orwithout indwelling drainage had little effect on the amount of bleeding,hospitalization time and knee joint activity recovery.
