摘　　要：目的:观察糖尿病外周血管病变患者采用介入治疗的临床效果。方法:收治糖尿病外周血管病变患者40例,平分两组。对照组予以常规治疗,试验组在此基础上予以介入治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后试验组紫绀症状消失、皮肤低温改善、疼痛麻木症状缓解及ABI优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率明显高于试验组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:介入治疗可有效控制糖尿病外周血管病变患者的病情进展,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of interventional therapy on diabetic peripheral vascular disease.Methods:40patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group wasgiven routine treatment.On this basis,the experimental group was treated with interventional therapy.The difference of treatmenteffect between groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the symptoms disappeared,improve skin cyanosis,cold pain andnumbness symptoms and ABI in the experimental group were better than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The complication rate of patients in the control group was significantly higher than the experimental group,there was a statisticallysignificant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interventional therapy can effectively control the progression ofdiabetic peripheral vascular disease,and reduce the incidence of complications.
