摘　　要：目的:探讨关节镜下膝骨关节病的分型及治疗方法。方法:收治骨关节病患者30例42膝,通过关节镜微创技术,对具体病情做到针对性治疗。结果:治疗效果优秀13膝(35%),良好19膝(51%),可和差各5膝(14%)。结论:关节镜下治疗膝骨关节病具有恢复快、效果好等特点。Objective:To investigate the classification and treatment of knee osteoarthritis under arthroscopy.Methods:30patientswith osteoarthritis on42knees were treated by arthroscopic minimally invasive technique,and the targeted treatment was carriedout for the specific conditions.Results:The therapeutic effect was excellent in13knees(35%),good in19knees(51%),medium andpoor in5knees(14%).Conclusion:Arthroscopic treatment of knee osteoarthritis has the advantages of quick recovery and goodeffect.
