阴式大子宫切除术50例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨阴式大子宫切除术的安全性、可行性及临床应用价值。方法:收治子宫肌瘤、腺肌瘤等患者50例,均行阴式子宫切除术治疗。结果:50例全部经阴道切除,成功率100%。手术平均时间(48.15±12.40)min,平均失血量(124.42±39.80)m L,住院7~10 d。结论:阴式大子宫切除术安全、有效、可行,手术成功与子宫大小及活动度、术者经验和技术水平等因素有关。Objective:To investigate the safety,feasibility and clinical value of transvaginal hysterectomy.Methods:50cases withfibroid or myoma were selected.They were treated with transvaginal hysterectomy.Results:All the50cases were removed byvagina,and the success rate was100%.The average time of operation was(48.15±12.40)min.The mean blood loss was(124.42±39.80)mL,and hospitalization time was7～10days.Conclusion:Transvaginal hysterectomy is safe,effective and feasible.Thesuccess of the operation is related to the size and activity of the uterus,the experience of the surgeon and the level of technique.
