摘  要:目的:探讨胰岛素泵联合微量泵治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒的疗效。方法:收治糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者65例,按挂号单双数分为对照组和试验组。对照组给予微量泵胰岛素治疗,试验组实施胰岛素泵和微量泵联合治疗。结果:相较于对照组,试验组的血糖达标和血酮转阴时间短、维持胰岛素量少、住院日短、低血糖发生率低、总有效率高(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素泵联合微量泵治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒疗效较佳。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of insulin pump combined with micro pump in the treatment of diabeticketoacidosis.Methods:65patients with DKA were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to theregistration number of single and double.The control group were given micro pump insulin treatment,while the experimental groupreceived insulin pump combined with micro pump.Results:Compared with the control group,the blood glucose standard and bloodketone negative time of the experimental group were shorter,and the amount of insulin remained lower;the hospitalization day wasshorter;the incidence of hypoglycemia was lower;the total effective rate was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Insulin pump combinedwith micro pump is effective in the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis.
