肾脏疾病中载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白B测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:对肾脏疾病患者的血清中载脂蛋白A1(apo A1)、载脂蛋白B(apo B)的含量进行测定,探索肾病患者发生心血管并发症的危险因素。方法:测定不同类型肾病患者(未并发心脑血管疾病)及正常健康体检人群血清apo A1、apo B的含量。结果:与正常健康体检人群对比,肾病患者血清中apo A1水平下降,apo B水平上升,apo A1/apo B比值下降,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾病患者血清中apo A1水平的下降,apo B水平的上升,及apo A1/apo B比值下降均是发生心血管并发症的危险因素,apo A1/apo B比值能够更加灵敏地预警肾病患者并发心血管疾病的可能。Objective:The levels of apolipoprotein A1and apolipoprotein B in serum of patients with kidney disease weremeasured to explore the risk factors of secondary cardiovascular complications in patients with nephropathy.Methods:The levels ofapolipoprotein A1and apolipoprotein B in serum of patients with different types of nephropathy(without cardiovascular andcerebrovascular diseases)and normal physical examination were measured.Results:Compared with the normal healthy people,theserum apolipoprotein A1(apoA1)levels decreased,apolipoprotein B(apoB)levels increased and apoA1/apoB levels decreased,andthere was statistical difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion:The decrease of apolipoprotein apoA1levels in serum ofpatients with nephropathy,the rise of apolipoprotein apoB and the decrease of apoA1/apoB ratio are risk factors of secondarycardiovascular complications in patients with renal diseases.In particular,the apoA1/apoB ratio can be more sensitive to earlywarning of cardiovascular disease in patients with nephropathy.
