儿科门诊输液安全管理与改进效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿科门诊输液安全管理在减少输液差错及防止医患纠纷中的作用。方法:收治儿科门诊输液治疗患儿1 424 656例,主要通过改进儿科门诊输液室的治疗环境(区域划分)及治疗仪器设备、健全护理制度、完善工作流程、规范SOP、规范及有效的培训、严格的质量管理等,观察患儿及家属的满意度。结果:患儿输液安全项目改进后的逐年输液差错、纠纷、投诉及不良事件的发生率降低,依次为1.81‰、1.31‰、0.67‰、0.26‰、0.15‰、0.09‰、0.07‰;而患儿家长对该科室的满意度逐渐提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过加强儿科门诊输液安全管理项目改进,能够有效减少护理差错、纠纷、投诉的发生,提高患儿及家属对医院医护人员的满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of transfusion safety management in outpatient department of pediatrics on reducingtransfusion errors and preventing disputes between doctors and patients.Methods:In outpatient department of Pediatrics,1424656cases received transfusion treatment were selected,mainly through the improvement of outpatient department of Pediatricstransfusion room treatment environment(division)and treatment equipment,care system,improve work processes,standardize SOP,standardized and effective training,strict quality management and perfect.The satisfaction of children and family members wasobserved.Results:The improvement of children's safety transfusion project and the incidence of transfusion errors,disputes,complaints and adverse events decreased year by year was1.81‰,1.31‰,0.67‰,0.26‰,0.15‰,0.09‰,0.07‰by year.Thesatisfaction degree of children's parents to this department gradually increased,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:By improving the safety management project of outpatient department of pediatrics infusion,it can effectively reducenursing errors,disputes and complaints,and improve the satisfaction of children and their families to hospital health care staff.
