摘　　要：目的:分析本中心门诊处方点评与结果。方法:选取门诊处方201张,对其进行分析。结果:抽样率20.43%,不合理处方33张(16.42%)。结论:本中心门诊的平均用药种数、注射剂使用率符合规定,但抗菌药物使用率、不合理处方比率较高,需要进行干预改进。Objective:To analyze our hospital outpatient prescription reviews and results.Methods:201prescriptions were selectedand analyzed.Results:The sampling rate was20.43%,and33prescriptions were unreasonable(16.42%).Conclusion:The averagenumber of drugs used and the rate of injection use in our outpatient center meet the requirements,but the utilization rate ofantibiotics and irrational prescription rate are higher,so we need to intervene and improve.
