摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮加压空心螺钉内固定对踝关节骨折的治疗价值。方法:收治踝关节骨折患者20例,随机分为对照组和微创组,对照组采用常规切开复位内固定手术,微创组采用经皮加压空心螺钉内固定手术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:微创组恢复优良率、手术平均操作时间、手术过程失血总量、骨折总愈合天数、干预后QOL评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经皮加压空心螺钉内固定对踝关节骨折的治疗价值高,可缩短操作时间和愈合时间,减少失血量,改善术后生活质量。Objective:To explore the value of percutaneous compression cannulated screw internal fixation in the treatment ofankle fracture.Methods:20patients with ankle fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and theminimally invasive group.The control group was treated with conventional open reduction and internal fixation,and the minimallyinvasive group was treated with percutaneous compression c annulated screw internal fixation.We compare the therapeutic effectof two groups.Results:In the minimally invasive group,the excellent and good rate of recoverment,the average operation time,thetotal blood loss during operation,the total healing time of the fracture and the QOL score were significantly better than those of thecontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The value of percutaneous compression cannulated screw internal fixation in the treatment ofankle fracture was high.It can shorten the operation time and healing time,reduce blood loss and improve postoperative quality oflife.
