肱骨亚髁锁定钢板在肱骨中下段骨折的临床应用体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析肱骨亚髁锁定钢板在肱骨中下段骨折的临床应用效果。方法:收治肱骨中下段骨折患者25例,均实行肱骨亚髁锁定钢板治疗,试验结束之后进行随访,观察患者的恢复情况并进行记录。结果:术后均无医源性桡神经症状发生,所有患者均获随访,随访时间12~24个月。骨折均获愈合,患肢外观正常,肘关节活动度双侧对比无明显差异;术后无内固定失败以及骨不连发生。结论:肱骨亚髁锁定钢板治疗肱骨中下段骨折的疗效良好、创伤小、并发症少、骨愈合率高,较少损伤桡神经,不会损伤肱二头肌。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of humeral condylar locking plate in middle and distal humeral fracture.Methods:25patients with fracture of middle and distal humerus were selected.All patients were treated with humeral intercondylarlocking plate.After the experiment,the patients were followed up and the recovery of the patients was observed and recorded.Results:There were no iatrogenic radial nerve symptoms,and all the patients were followed up for12~24months.The fractureswere healed,the appearance of the affected limb was normal,and the elbow mobility and bilateral contrast were not significantlydifferent.No internal fixation failure or nonunion occurred.Conclusion:Humeral intercondylar locking plate is effective in thetreatment of comminuted fracture of middle and lower humerus.It has less trauma,less complications,higher bone healing rate,lessdamage to radial nerve and no damage to biceps brachii.
