小儿鼻窦炎应用糠酸莫米松喷雾剂鼻内给药的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨糠酸莫米松喷雾剂鼻内给药治疗小儿鼻窦炎的效果。方法:收治小儿鼻窦炎患者136例,随机分为研究组和对照组各68例。对照组给予地塞米松配合庆大霉素雾化吸入治疗,研究组给予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂鼻内给药治疗。结果:研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组鼻塞、流脓涕、头晕、清嗓症状消失时间显著快于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糠酸莫米松喷雾剂鼻内给药治疗小儿鼻窦炎疗效确切,可迅速改善患儿鼻窦炎症状,安全性好。Objective:To investigate the effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray nasal administration in the treatment of childrenwith chronic sinusitis.Methods:136cases of chronic sinusitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group andthe study group with68cases in each.The control group was given dexamethasone combined with gentamicin inhalation therapy,while the study group was given to the mometasone furoate nasal spray nasal administration treatment of.Results:The totaleffective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sniveling,dizziness,throatsymptoms disappeared time of the study group were significantly faster than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence ofside effects of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mometasone furoatenasal spray nasal administration in the treatment of children with chronic sinusitis has curative effect.It can improve the symptomsin children with sinusitis rapidly,and the safety is good.
