摘　　要：目的:探讨心肌钙蛋白T对急性心肌梗死的诊断价值。方法:收治慢性心衰患者51例、心肌梗死患者47例及健康体检患者50例,测定血清心肌钙蛋白T含量。结果:对照组、心衰组和心梗组患者的平均心肌钙蛋白T含量存在明显差异;心功能分级越严重,其血清内心肌钙蛋白T的含量越高。结论:测定心肌钙蛋白T在急性心肌梗死诊断中具有较高的准确性和灵敏性,能够有效反映患者病情严重程度。Objective:To investigate the value of cardiac troponin T in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:51patients with chronic heart failure,47patients with myocardial infarction and50healthy patients were enrolled in this study.Thelevels of cardiac troponin T in serum were measured.Results:The mean cardiac troponin T content in the control group,heartfailure group and myocardial infarction group was significantly different.The more serious the cardiac function classification was,the higher the serum cardiac troponin T content was.Conclusion:The determination of cardiac troponin T has high accuracy andsensitivity in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction,and can reflect the severity of the disease effectively.
