心电图远程实时监测发现窦性停搏1例

摘　　要：老年男性患者,患脑梗死1年,因间断头晕、黑矇,在社区医院行动态心电图实时监测,远程会诊中心发现约6.6 s长间歇,及时通知患者,使其第一时间到达上级医院行起搏器植入手术,避免了恶性医疗事件的发生。该病例提示动态心电图能有效识别一过性症状与心血管疾病的相关性,且心电图远程实时监测能及时发现一过性异常心电事件,及时处理,可有效防止心源性猝死。Elderly male patients,suffering from cerebral infarction in1year,due to intermittent dizziness,amaurosis,in communityhospitals for ambulatory ECG monitoring,the telemedicine center detected a pause of about6.6seconds,promptly notify patients,so that the first time they reached the higher level hospitals,pacemaker implantation surgery,to avoid the occurrence of malignantmedical incidents.This case suggests Holter can effectively identify transient symptoms associated with cardiovascular disease,and ECG remote monitoring can detect transient abnormal ECG events,timely treatment,can effectively prevent sudden cardiacdeath.
