摘 要:非晶合金变压器实际装配工艺包括两部分:铁心套装及器身翻转,通过对这两部分工艺过程的模拟,考察了装配过程中各个因素对装配系数的影响并对装配工艺进行优化。结果表明,开铁环节会产生碎片,但对装配系数影响较小;套装环节会使铁心发生形变,严重影响铁心性能,可以通过改变导引槽的放置方式来进行优化;合铁过程中,搭接边恢复不到位(包括搭接长度不足(≤10 mm)、内紧外松和错搭)会导致装配系数显著增大,应尽量避免;铁心搭接边下垂量为0时,装配系数最小,约为1.05,在实际变压器装配过程中应尽量控制搭接边下垂量在±2 mm之内。Amorphous alloy transformer assembly process consists of two parts:core installing and transformer turning.This paper simulates the actual assembly process of the two parts,the influence of various factors on the building factor(BF)was investigated and the assembly process is optimized.The results show that core opening will produce debris,but the effect on BF2is negligible.The deformation,which seriously affects the magnetic properties of the core,can be reduced by changing the placement of the guide groove during installing.In the process of closing the core,incomplete recovery of overlapped joints(including deficient(≤10mm)or inconsistent overlapped length,and overlapped in the wrong way),which causes a significant increase in BF2,should be avoided.If the deformation of the overlapped parts is zero,the BF2will take the minimum value of1.05.The deformation should be controlled within±2mm in the actual transformer assembly.
