摘　　要：社区参与旅游既可促进旅游目的地可持续发展,又可强化贫困地区旅游业的社会责任。选取陕西靖边县龙洲丹霞地貌景区为研究对象,通过定性定量分析相关调查与访谈数据发现:(1)丹霞景地貌景区社区参与水平较低,主因是村民、政府、企业未形成良性沟通机制,没能就景区建设发展的功能定位和村民参与旅游达成共识;(2)村民、企业、政府的多元利益目标锁定强化了社区参与旅游的各自行为,政府和企业未能有效的引导。Community participation in tourism can not only promote the sustainable development of scenic spots,but also strengthenthe social responsibilityon the part of the tourism ofthe poor areas.Taking theDanxia Landform in Longzhou Jingbian County Shaanxi province as the research object,we conducted a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the data of survey and interview and found that:(1)the level of participation in Danxia landform scenic area is low,because the villagers,the governments and the enterprises do not form a benign communication mechanism.They failed to reach a consensus on the development of the scenic construction function and villagers'participation in tourism;(2)the lock of the interests between the villagers,the enterprises and the governments strengthen the behaviors of the community participation while the government fail to guide effectively.
