摘 要:针对目前市场上延时自闭水嘴在操作性能上的不足,设计了一种新型机械式延时自闭水嘴.对该水嘴启闭过程中的操作性能和延时性能进行分析,得到了水嘴操作力矩、延时时间与卷簧结构参数之间的函数关系,并提出了水嘴操作力矩的大小与变动率优化模型.以操作力轻便、稳定为指标,得到了水嘴延时组件结构参数的最优组合解.结果表明:参数优化后的水嘴最大操作力矩为374 N·mm,且趋于稳定,性能明显提高.To solve the problem of adjustable time-lapse self-closing faucets,a new mechanical time-lapse self-closing faucet is designed.By analyzing the operating and delay performance during the opening and closing process,the relationship between the operating torque,time delay and coil spring structure parameter is established.The model is built for the tap operating torque and variable rate optimization.The optimally combined solution to seeking the structural parameter of tap delay component is obtained when the operating force remains light and stable.The results show that when the optimized maximum operating torque reads374N·mm,the stability of faucet is further improved along with the dramatically ameliorated performance.
