摘  要:上料与布料是竖炉工作的重要环节,介绍了可编程逻辑控制器与变频器在竖炉上料和布料生产中的应用。该系统由下位机控制器、上位机组态监控画面、变频器与监测设备等组成,通过顺料流停止、逆料流启动及胶带机间联锁控制等设计,实现了竖炉上料和布料过程运行稳定、操作简单、安全高效、低碳节能等目的。Programmable logic controllers(PLC)and frequency converters as applied to practical charging and distributing which are two important steps in shaft furnace operation were described.This system consistsed of a lower computer controller,upper computer configuration control images,a converter,and monitoring equipment.A range of design options,including stopping of forward feeding,starting of backward feeding,and interlock control among belt conveyors,had been utilized.Which helped achieve the desired stable,simple,safe,efficient,low-carbon,and energyefficientoperation in the charging and distributing processes.
