摘　　要：目的观察联用硝酸酯类药物治疗高血压的效果。方法 108例高血压患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用硝酸酯类药物。记录比较两组患者治疗前后收缩压、舒张压及脉压变化情况及治疗总有效率。结果治疗前两组患者收缩压、舒张压、脉压比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者收缩压、脉压均较治疗前明显降低,且治疗后观察组患者收缩压、脉压明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者舒张压与治疗后比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),且治疗前及治疗后组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.4%,高于对照组的81.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联用硝酸酯类药物治疗高血压可提高降压效果,虽对患者舒张压的影响不大,但仍有助于高血压患者的治疗,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of combined nitrates in the treatment of hypertension.Methods A total of108hypertension patients were divided by random number table method into observationgroup and control group,with54cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,andthe observation group was treated with nitrates on the basis of the control group.Record and comparison weremade on changes of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure before and after treatmentand the total effective rate between the two groups.Results Before treatment,both groups had no statisticallysignificant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure(P>0.05).Aftertreatment,both groups had obviously lower systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure than before treatment,and the observation group had obviously lower systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both group had no statistically significant difference indiastolic blood pressure before and after treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between thetwo groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The observation group had higher total treatment effective rateas94.4%than81.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionCombined nitrates in treating hypertension can improve antihypertensive effect.It has little effect on the diastolicblood pressure,but it is still helpful for the treatment of hypertensive patients.So it is worthy of popularization andapplication.
