摘 要:目的探讨反馈式健康教育对妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)产妇产后抑郁的防治效果。方法 62例妊娠合并甲亢产妇,随机分为干预组(采用反馈式健康教育)和常规组(采用常规门诊随访),各31例。对两组产妇随访到分娩后8周,比较两组产妇抑郁情绪和自护知识知晓率。结果两组产妇产时抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.4772,P>0.05);干预组产后1个月、产后8周SDS评分均低于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义(t=7.6562、11.4478,P<0.05)。干预组自护知识知晓率为93.55%,高于常规组的67.74%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论反馈式健康教育在妊娠合并甲亢产妇中实施能显著减轻产妇产后抑郁不良情绪,提高产妇健康知识知晓率。Objective To discuss the preventive effect of feedback health education on prevention andtreatment of postpartum depression in pregnant women with hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of62pregnantwomen with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into intervention group(feedback health education)andconventional group(conventional outpatient follow-up),with31cases in each group.Comparison were madeon depression and self-care knowledge awareness rate in two groups at8weeks after delivery.Results Bothgroups had no statistically significant difference in intrapartum self-rating depression scale(SDS)score(t=0.4772,P>0.05).The intervention group had lower SDS score at1month and8weeks after delivery than the conventionalgroup,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.6562,11.4478,P<0.05).The intervention group hadhigher self-care knowledge awareness rate as93.55%than67.74%in conventional group,and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For pregnant women with hyperthyroidism,implement of feedbackhealth education can significantly reduce negative emotion of postpartum depression and improve their awarenessrate of health knowledge.
