摘　　要：钢铁料消耗是炼钢工序的一项重要技术指标,对全厂成本完成具有重大影响。分析了天津钢铁集团120t转炉钢铁料消耗的影响因素,实施了降低钢铁料成本的具体措施,从降低喷溅,控制渣中全铁量,降低渣量等几个主要方面入手,使钢铁料消耗降低了3.186kg/t,取得了良好的经济效益。The consumption of steel material is an important technical indicator for steel-makingprocess and exerts big influence on the accomplishment of cost in the entire company.The paperanalyzes factors influencing the consumption of steel material in120t converter in Tianjin Iron andSteel Group.Specific measures were taken to reduce the cost of steel material from main aspects ofreducing splashing,controlling total iron in slag and reducing slag amount.Steel material consumptionwas reduced by3.186kg/t,gaining good economic benefit.
