摘　　要：根据脉冲式滤袋除尘器工作原理,结合其运行情况,阐述了除尘器分室压差的意义和重要性、对不同的除尘器分室压差数值所反映出的除尘设备的问题、影响除尘器各仓室压差的检测结果的因素等。指出以除尘器各仓室压差的检查的结果和总压差作为参考,更换合理数量的滤袋,可以使设备运行更加有效和经济;在灰仓顶部合适位置安装雷达物料计可实现除尘灰位的连续测量,有利于除尘设备的稳定运行。According to the working principle of impulse bag filter,in combination with its runningconditions,the author expounds the meaning and importance of filter chamber pressure difference,theproblems of dedusting equipment reflected by the different values of chamber pressure difference andfactors affecting the measuring results of chamber pressure difference.It is also pointed out that themeasuring results of pressure difference of all chambers and total pressure difference can be utilized asthe reference for exchanging a reasonable number of bags so as to make equipment run more effectivelyand economically.Radar level gauge can be installed at an appropriate position at the top of dusthopper to realize the continuous measurement of dust,which facilitates the stable running of dedustingequipment.
