摘　　要：在当前体育与健康课程改革中,由于体育课程资源不足的学校有很多,在此情况下如何来实施体育课程改革就显得至关重要?如果学校能根据自身的实际,充分利用和开发有关体育课程资源,体育课程改革的实施同样可以丰富多彩有声有色。As an important part of the guidance and management of the professional curriculum system of social sports,fitness equipment special situation of“theory and practice”course will directly affect the development of social sports guidance and management professional.With the reform of social sports instruction and management specialty,the course of specialized theory and practice of equipment fitness will change greatly and develop in a pluralistic way.As the medium of talent goals and talents specifications,training programs should always adapt to certain social needs.“On the basis of optimization and reconstruction of the core fitness equipment special theory and practice”course is the training program content,therefore,in social sports guidance and management professional training program adjustments,the research on“fitness equipment special theory and practice”course of income investigation and research,analysis of existing problems,and provide a theoretical reference for the new syllabus.
