摘 要:久坐及其相伴而生的各种慢性疾病在大学生中普遍存在,对久坐问题的研究有利于改善大学生体质健康状况。采用问卷调查法和逻辑分析法对大学生久坐现状和健身气功的习练情况进行调查,从健身气功的医学价值分析其对久坐大学生产生的健康功效。结果表明:(1)健身气功对久坐引起的各种脊柱类疾病、心脑血管疾病等都有不同程度的健身效果,尤其是对颈椎病、腰椎病和心血管疾病;(2)对心理健康有明显效果;(3)长期坚持健身气功练习可改善久坐引发的多种不良症状。Sedentary and the various chronic diseases generated with sedentary existed generally among the college students and thisresearch is in favor to improve college students,fitness.The methods of questionnaire investigation and logical analysis are adoptedto survey the situation of sedentary and the exercising of qigong for college students in universities and the health efficacy of qigongto sedentary college students is analyzed from the medical value of qigong.Results show that(1)the diseases of various spinal andcardiovascular and so on caused by sedentary all have good effects to bodybuilding in different degrees,especially for cervical spondylosisand lumbar disease and cardiovascular disease;(2)there are also good effects to mental health;(3)practicing qigong for long time canimprove many symptoms produced by sedentary.
