摘　　要：对社会关注度较高的石家庄双环汽车股份有限公司与本田技研工业株式会社专利纠纷案进行全面梳理与分析,就合理维权与不正当竞争行为的界限、《反不正当竞争法》第2条的适用等问题进行探讨,并针对此案提出相关建议。The paper focuses on the high-profi le Shijiazhuang Shuanghuan Auto Co.vs Honda Motor Co.Ltd design patent dispute.It sorts out and assesses all the case materials and makes comment on the legal logic thereof.It explores the boundary between the reasonable right protection and unfair competition practices,and studies the application of article2of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law.Finally,it gives suggestions on these problems.
