摘　　要：癌性发热的中医治疗多强调辨证论治。本文通过回顾1例癌性发热的治疗过程,认识到癌性发热的治疗不仅需要辨证论治,也需要与辨病相结合。辨病与辨证相结合治疗癌性发热会取得良好的疗效。TCM treatment for cancer ous fever puts more emphasis on syndrome differentiation and treatment.This article recognized that the treatment for cancerous fever needs not only syndrome differentiation and treatment,but also the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation by reviewing the treatment of a case of cancerous fever.Combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation will obtain good efficacy.
