三七及其主要皂苷组分在心血管疾病中的作用研究进展

摘　　要：血瘀是心血管疾病发生的主要病理因素。三七为活血化瘀代表药之一,其活性部位三七总皂苷的有效成分人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Rd及三七皂苷R1等对心血管疾病均有较好干预作用,为近年研究热点。本文综述三七及其主要皂苷组分在心血管疾病领域的研究进展,为临床防治、药物研发提供思路。Blood stasis is the main pathological factor in the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases.Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma is the representative medicine for activating blood and dissipating stasis.The effective components of panax notoginseng saponins,the active part of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma,are ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1,ginsenoside Rd,and notoginsennoside R1,having good intervention effects on cardiovascular diseases,which have become the research hotspots in recent years.This article reviewed the research progress in Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma and its major saponins in the field of cardiovascular diseases,and provided ideas for clinical prevention and treatment and research and development of medicine.
