摘 要:近十年无线充电和电动汽车技术发展迅速,但是电动汽车发展遇到动力电池瓶颈和充电难问题,因而动态无线充电方案被提出。针对动态无线充电过程中,传输功率容易随偏移距离变化而剧烈波动的问题,从平缓传输功率波动的角度,在保证高传输效率和软开关的前提下,提出适用于动态无线充电的一次侧T型补偿拓扑及其参数设计方法。所设计T型补偿拓扑具有在宽偏移范围内保持传输功率稳定的特性,降低了一次侧控制系统的调控负担,同时还具有空载限流保护功能。最后搭建了500W原理样机,在侧向偏移百分比小于40%范围内,传输功率基本保持不变,表明了该补偿拓扑和设计方法的有效性。Wireless power transmission(WPT)and electrical vehicle(EV)technology have been rapidly developed in recently decades.However,EVs are not widely accepted by consumers because of the battery bottleneck and recharging difficulties.Thus,the dynamic wireless charging solution is reconsidered.Aiming at the problem that the transmission power is easy to fluctuate with the coupling coils over large misalignment,a primary T-type compensation network from the perspective of smoothing the transmission power is proposed in this paper.Under the premise of ensuring high transmission efficiency and soft switching,the proposed T-type compensation network maintains a stable output characteristic over a wide misalignment.It also has an inherent current limiting ability under no-load operation.A500W WPT prototype is built.The output power maintains almost constant within40percentage of horizontal misalignment,showing the effectiveness of the design method.
