中国古代风景园林之于雨洪管理的贡献及启示——以北京玉泉水系为例

摘　　要：以自然山水园为代表的中国古代风景园林在雨洪管理方面有着卓越的成就,梳理了北京玉泉水系的形成脉络,解析了其"纵向连续、横向贯通、均匀分布、次第蓄排"的水系空间结构及其对旧北京城雨洪管理的突出贡献,总结了古代北京城雨洪管理过程中从系统出发梳理水系统、尊重自然保护湿地、行业统筹建立蓝色基础设施等雨洪管理上的思想和方法,以期为当今城乡发展过程中的自然山水保护、雨洪管理和风景营造提供有益的借鉴。Ancient Chinese landscape architecture represented by natural mountain-water garden has excellent achievements in rainwater management.The article combed the formation of BeijingYuquan water system,analyzed the spatial structure of the water system of"vertical continuous,horizontal thorough,evenly distributed,and ordered storage"and its outstanding contribution to the management of the old Beijing city rainwater management,summed up the ideas and methods of rain and flood management in the ancient Beijing city of rainwater management process from the system to sort out the water system,respect for nature conservation of wetlands,and coordinate the industry to establish a blue infrastructure.With a view to the development of urban and rural areas in the process of natural landscape protection,it is expected to provide useful reference for rainwater management and landscape construction.
