摘  要:为进一步研究普通塑料导爆管爆轰成长规律,使用高速摄像机对导爆管爆轰成长过程进行拍摄,对所得图像利用计算机处理和分析,获取传爆距离——速度关系,并对两者关系进行曲线拟合,得到导爆管爆轰成长规律数学关系式;同时,结合纹影仪对其端口信号进行观测和分析。结果表明:本研究所用普通导爆管爆轰成长区间长度为40~50cm,成长期前段增速极快,而中后段却相对缓和;纹影试验验证了上述爆轰成长区间长度的结论。研究结果对导爆管传爆机理的进一步明确有一定的促进作用,为导爆管爆轰理论基础提供依据和参考数据。In order to study the detonation growth law of ordinary plastic nonel tube,further experimental research was conducted.With the help of high speed camera,the related high speed images of growth process of detonation wave,and the relationship between detonation propagating distance and shoot speed were obtained by calculating and analyzing,and the detonation growth rule of nonel tube was established through nonlinear curve fitting.The result shows that the length of detonation growth interval is40~50centimeters,and the rate of initial growth period is very fast,while the rate of mid and late period is relatively subdued,schlieren test validates the conclusion above.The result of the study makes further efforts to comprehend the detonating mechanism of nonel tube,and several basis and reference data of detonation theory foundation of nonel tube were also provided.
