徐州地区成人静脉血白细胞及相关指标参考区间的适用性分析

摘　　要：目的验证新颁布的卫生行业标准WS/T405—2012《血细胞分析参考区间》在徐州地区健康成人中的适用情况。方法按照卫生部2012年12月颁布的卫生行业标准WS/T401-2012《血细胞分析参考区间》,选取徐州地区9 004名20~79岁健康成人,并采集其静脉血,用XT-4000血液分析仪检测血常规,分析行业标准中列举的11项白细胞(WBC)指标[WBC计数、中性粒细胞绝对数(NEUT#)、淋巴细胞绝对数(LYMPH#)、单核细胞绝对数(MO#)、嗜酸性粒细胞绝对数(EO#)、嗜碱性粒细胞绝对数(BASO#)、中性粒细胞百分数(NEUT%)、淋巴细胞百分数(LYMPH%)、单核细胞百分数(MO%)、嗜酸性粒细胞百分数(EO%)、嗜碱性粒细胞百分数(BASO%)]超出参考区间的个体分布情况,统计各项指标在性别、年龄之间的差异。结果所有WBC指标参考个体落在参考区间外的样本比例均<10%;除BASO#、BASO%外,其余9项指标男女间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 WBC及相关指标参考区间适用于徐州地区,无需按性别、年龄分别设置参考区间。Objective To verify the applicability of the newly-issued Blood Cell Analysis Reference Intervalindustry standard WS/T405-2012for healthy adults in Xuzhou.Methods According to WS/T405-2012issued by the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People's Republic of China in December2012,9004healthy adults aged from20to79in Xuzhou were enrolled,and their venous blood samples werecollected.Blood routine test was performed by XT-4000blood cell analyzer.The individual distribution for thosebeyond the new reference intervals about11white blood cell(WBC)indices[WBC count,neutrophil value(NEUT#),lymphocyte value(LYMPH#),monocyte value(MO#),eosinophil value(EO#),basophilvalue(BASO#),neutrophil percent(NEUT%),lymphocyte percent(LYMPH%),monocyte percent(MO%),eosinophil percent(EO%)and basophil percent(BASO%)]listed in industry standard was analyzed.The difference of indices for sex and age was analyzed statistically.Results The individual proportions of all theWBC indices beyond the new reference intervals were<10%.Except BASO#and BASO%,the other9indices hadstatistical significance between males and females(P<0.05).Conclusions The new reference intervals of WBCand related indices are suitable in Xuzhou,without considering sex and age.
