改革强军战略下军队期刊编辑专业素养的培育

摘　　要：为适应改革强军的新形势、新要求,更好地发挥军队期刊作为党和军队的"喉舌"作用,在分析加强军队期刊编辑专业素养培育的重要性与紧迫性基础上,解析军队期刊编辑职业道德素质、编辑出版知识、专业学科知识3个专业素养的基本内涵,指出现阶段军队期刊编辑主要存在编辑出版与学科知识专业性较弱,对军队研究的热点、难点问题敏感度不够,组稿约稿能力有限,创新意识不强等问题。提出改革强军战略下军队期刊编辑专业素养培育,应成立"学习型"团队,打造"学习型"编辑;实施目标管理,打造"精品型"编辑;消除职业倦怠,打造"创新型"编辑的基本途径。In order to adapt to the new situation and new requirements of the reform of the army,better play military journals’role as the party and the army“mouthpiece”,this paper discusses the basic connotations of professional literacy ofmilitary periodical editors including professional moral quality,editing and publishing of knowledge and professionalknowledge by analyzing the importance and urgency of professional editing literacy cultivation.It points out main problemsof the editors at the moment,such as weak military discipline professional knowledge in editing and publishing,weeksensitiveness for the hot and tough topics in military research,limited ability in soliciting manuscripts and weak innovationconsciousness.It suggests setting up“learning-focusing”publishing teams to cultivate“learning-focusing”editors,implementing the management by objectives to create a“boutique”editing and eliminating occupation burnout to cultivateinnovation editors.
