摘 要:通过丙烯酸(AA)原位聚合制备包覆铝粉,并引入多价金属自交联体系得到自交联聚丙烯酸包覆铝粉,考察了AA用量、m(Zn^(2+))∶m(AA)与反应温度对自交联聚丙烯酸包覆铝粉缓蚀效率的影响。结果表明:在AA用量为0.5 g,m(Zn^(2+))∶m(AA)大于0.3,温度为95℃时,制备的自交联聚丙烯酸包覆铝粉的缓蚀效率达90%以上。傅里叶变换红外光谱、析氢实验、扫描电子显微镜以及X-射线光电子能谱表明,聚丙烯酸包覆在铝粉上,且铝粉上的聚丙烯酸上发生了交联。Self-crosslinking polyacrylic acid coated aluminum powder was prepared by combining acrylic acid(AA)in-situ polymerization on aluminum powder and the polyvalent metal self-crosslinking system.The factors that affect the corrosion inhibition rate of self-crosslinking polyacrylic acid coated aluminum powder were investigated,which include the amounts of AA,mass ratio of Zn2+and AA and reaction temperature.The results show that the corrosion inhibition rate of self-crosslinking polyacrylic acid coated aluminum powder is beyond90%at95℃when AA is0.5g and m(Zn2+)∶m(AA)is larger than0.3.The results of Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectrometer,hydrogen evolution,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS)indicate that polyacrylic acid has been coated and crosslinked on aluminum powder.
