摘 要:在凸轮机构设计时,合理的许用压力角能保证凸轮机构良好的结构性能和运动特性。传统许用压力角是根据经验确定,没有考虑摩擦对压力角的影响。考虑凸轮与推杆、推杆与机架间的摩擦将能更加精确地确定许用压力角大小。以不发生自锁为极限,建立了考虑摩擦的许用压力角确定公式。并且利用反转法原理、再次反转原理,将压力角的计算转化为斜率与二维变换矩阵问题,得出了最大压力角的矩阵模型。最后利用Matlab将给定初始条件的凸轮机构仿真出最大压力角位置及最大压力角值。In the cam mechanism design,reasonable usage of allowable pressure angle would ensure cam mechanism of good structural performance and movement characteristics.The traditional allowable pressure angle is determined empirically and does not take into account the effect of friction on the pressure angle.Considering the friction between cam and push rod,push rod and racks will help to determine the allowable pressure angle more accurately.In this paper,a formula for determining the allowable pressure angle considering the friction and self-locking,and a matrix model for maximum pressure angle was established.The pressure angle calculation was converted to the slope and the two dimensional transformation matrix problem,using principle of reversal process、principle of reversal process again.Finally we use Matlab to simulate position and value of the maximum pressure angle of cam mechanism given initial condition.
