注入头支撑架的研制与应用

摘　　要：针对目前注入头(小直径连续管设备)安装成本高、基础不稳固和操作难度大等特点,介绍了一种易于低位安装,安全可靠的注入头支撑架。该支撑架主体由上支架、下支架组成,采用套装结构,起升动力由起升油缸提供,支撑架底部设置有可旋转的支脚,能实现运输时存储、工作时打开的功能。整个支撑架结构紧凑,合理,抗倾翻能力强,运输尺寸小,可满足几乎所有公路的运输条件。同时,由于起升油缸采用液压操作,可大幅度减轻现场工人的安装强度和难度。Due to the high expense,unstable base and difficulty in operation when installing the Injector(a Small-Diameter coiled tubing machine),a safety and reliable frame is introduced in this issue.The frame comprises the upper part and lower part placed one inside the other,and is raise by hydraulic cylinder.A rotatable foot is provided at the bottom,which can be stored in transportation and opened in operation.The frame features compact and reasonable in construction,high tilting resistance,and small size suits for almost all highways.Also,by the use of hydraulic cylinder,work intensity and difficulty in installation is reduced sharply.
