摘  要:渤海SZ36-1油田具有原油黏度较高、单井注水量较大和储层胶结疏松、非均质性强、渗透率较高等特点,注水开发引起高渗透层岩石结构破坏、突进现象严重,亟待采取液流转向措施。以注入压力、含水率和采收率为评价指标,开展了"堵水+调剖"联合作业增油降水效果及其影响因素的实验研究。结果表明:堵水剂优化组成为"4%淀粉+4%丙烯酰胺+0.036%交联剂+0.012%引发剂+0.002%无水亚硫酸钠",堵水剂段塞优化组合为"0.05 PV前置段塞(淀粉4%)+0.025~0.075 PV堵水剂+保护段塞0.025 PV(淀粉4%)+顶替段塞0.05~0.10 PV(聚合物溶液,C_P=1 500 mg/L)",调剖剂溶液的组成和段塞组合为"0.05~0.10 PV调剖剂(Cr^(3+)聚合物凝胶,C_P=3 500 mg/L)"。随着储层非均质性和原油黏度的增大,采收率增幅增加,这表明"调剖+堵水"联合作业措施具有较强的油藏适应性。SZ36-1oilfield in Bohai has the characteristics of high crude oil viscosity,single well water injection quantity,and the reservoir is characterized by loose cementation,strong heterogeneity and high permeability.The water injection development resulted in breakthrough phenomenon and damaged reservoir structure,which urgently needs to be taken fluid diversion measures.Taking injection pressure,water cut and oil recovery as evaluation indexes,the effect of water shutoff and profile control joint operation on increasing oil and decreasing water and its influencing factors were studied by experiment.The results show that water shutoff agent optimization composition of4%+4%starch acrylamide+0.036%crosslinking agent+0.012%initiator+0.002%anhydrous sodium sulfite,plugging agent slug optimization combination0.05PV segment prefix plug(4%starch)+0.025PV to0.075PV plugging agent and protective slug0.025PV(4%starch)+replace segment plug0.05PV(polymer solution,CP=1500mg/L),optimization of profile control agent composition and slug combination0.05PV to0.10PV profile control agent(Cr3+polymer gel,CP=3500mg/L).With the increase of reservoir heterogeneityand oil viscosity,the growth rate of oil recovery increases.The joint operation of profile control and water plugging has strong reservoir adaptability.
