摘 要:建立扫描型X射线荧光显微分析仪测定汽车零部件及内饰材料中铅、镉、汞、铬和溴等元素的方法。通过改变测量条件与测量方式选择最佳试验方法,采用成像图判断样品中是否存在目标元素。结果表明,5种元素的含量在0~300 mg/kg范围内与荧光强度成良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.993,样品加标回收率为82.3%~106.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.86%~6.63%(n=6)。该方法简单、快速,测定结果准确、可靠,适用于汽车零部件和内饰材料中有毒有害物质的筛选。A method for determination of lead,cadmium,mercury,chromium and bromine element in automobile components and interior materials was established by scan x-ray analytical microscope.The optimum test method was selected by changing measuring conditions and methods,and the toxic and harmful substances were detected by imaging map.The result showed that the content of5elements had good linearity with the fluorescence intensity in the range of0-300mg/kg with the correlation coefficient more than0.993,the sample recoveries were82.3%-106.0%,and the relative standard deviations of the results were2.86%-6.63%(n=6).The method is simple and rapid,accurate and reliable,and it is suitable for screening toxic and harmful substances in automobile components and interior materials.
