摘　　要：宜丰国泰公司改性铵油炸药生产线用水主要是手动控制抽水泵电机,将地下水抽送到高位水塔内,由于是手动控制抽水泵电机的启动与停止,因此无法判断高位水塔的水位,从而造成高位水塔水位过高或是水位过低。水位过高会浪费水源和增加电耗,而水位过低又会影响生产线安全生产。本公司对生产线供水装置进行了改进,并取得了良好的效果。Yifeng Company modified ammonium oil explosive production line,the water supply is mainly manual control pump motor,the pump motor makes groundwater pumping in high water tower,the starting and stopping of the pump motor is controlled manually,so the water level of the high water tower can not be judged,resulting in the water level of the high water tower is too high or too low.High water level could waste water and increase power consumption,and the water level is too low,it will affect Safety production inproduction line.The company has improved the production line water supply device,and achieved good results.
