绝对贫困概念视角下的大学生贫困线界定调研及探讨——以2017年南京为例

摘　　要：本文主要探讨大学生贫困线界定。针对大学生的特殊身份,身在象牙塔的大学生们还没有走向社会、成家立业,生活内容相对简单。因此,我们以"绝对贫困概念"这个出发点考虑,以无力支付大学生学费和生活费为界定条件,选定区域内一个时期内的大学生贫困线,作为大学生申请贫困生认定的创新条件,并对如何科学使用大学生贫困线进行了探讨。This article mainly discusses the definition of college students'poverty line.College students are in the ivory tower and have not yet entered the society and got married,and their life is relatively simple.With"absolute poverty concept"as the starting point,we take failure to pay tuition fees and living expenses as the definition conditions and selects college students'poverty line during a period of time within this region,in order to determine the conditions for applying the identity of poverty-stricken college students.We also explores how to scientifically use college students'poverty line.
