摘　　要：浙江是我国特色小镇建设的先行者。本文以蛇蟠乡为样本,分析其创建特色小镇的优势和不足,就其产业、文化、旅游社区区块的现存问题给出解决思路,并从管理、人才、创新、宣传等方面进一步提出建议。Zhejiang Province is taking the lead in the field of characteristic towns constructing in China.This paper selects Shepan Island as a sample,analyzing its pros and cons of constructing a characteristic town,giving solutions to the problems existing in its industry,culture,tourism and community blocks respectively;and then offers further suggestions on its administration,talent cultivation,innovation incentive mechanism and publicity strategies,etc.
